A.M.P in Auburn
A. Parker & The Second Amendments
There is this place in the middle of the woods, most of the time it is a home to one of my close friends and the center of operation to a screen printing business. But every once in awhile it turns into place where people drink beer, ride motorcycles, swim naked in the crick and play loud music in the garage. This night was one of those nights, I had showed up early before my show in Pottsville for a benefit thing Stoyer was doing for his dads motorcycle. The idea was spread around that if I got back from Pottsville maybe we would play some songs.
Pottsville was fun, but it was not my scene that day, too many cops, too many assholes, not many that cared about original music. So after I played I waled around for alittle and decided that my time had come to go. I said my goodbyes and I headed back to Auburn to drink whiskey with friends far away from cops.
As I pulled up to the street where the party was goin on, it was packed with cars and there was music blaring on the PA inside the garage. I snuck in through the back and finally got noticed by Justin the guitar player, who was just about to leave, but we had to play ha. So I had a few beers and set up my stuff, we were all pretty buzzed. We ripped 10 or 11 songs load and fast, drank beer and sang about exes and driving. I would say out first full band show was a success.
